Through this webpage, the Owner makes a technological platform available to the users designed to provide online Spanish classes for children ages 5 to 13, giving them the opportunity to practice the use of this language, conversing with a native Spanish speaking teacher, (henceforth, the “Services”).

Users

The Owners set as a condition for the use of the Services, the prior completion of the corresponding user registry.  The provision of some of the services is subject to the payment of a fee, in the manner set out in the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Services.

The user knows and explicitly agrees, that upon filling out the webpage’s contact or registration forms with their personal information that each case requires, consent is expressed, informed and unequivocal given so that the Owner can process said information with the purposes detailed in the Privacy Policy, which the Users need to read and accept before providing their information.  The treatment of personal information by the Owner will comply with the legislation in vigor in each moment.

The company has adopted the required levels of security for personal information security and protections levels for personal and intends to install additional technical protection means and measures.  Nevertheless, the User should be conscious that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

The User agrees to use this website, its services and content, correctly and properly in accordance with applicable legislation, good faith and generally accepted uses, taking no actions that could cause harm to the webpages of this site or that could disable, overload or damage it in anyway. The User also agrees to not carry out any activity that could impede the normal use of it by other Users.

Under age users

Full responsibility for determining which contents minors have access to, and which specific services they may use is borne by the adults who are legally in charge of the minor. Access to this webpage to minors under 13 years old is only allowed if it is done with their parent’s or guardian’s prior express permission. Said parent or guardian will be considered responsible for all the actions carried out by the minors under their care.  The Owner of the website could deny or block access to them in the case that the User, at the request of the Owner, cannot provide proof that they possess legal guardianship of the minor.
