Our Spanish teachers

We recognize that our method is unique and special and our expectations for classes are very high. We know that not every certified teacher is a fit for teaching our method and that online learning is very different from Brick and Mortar learning.

Selection process

Our Spanish teachers pass through a vigorous selection process with Kids’ Club Spanish School. During their interview we look for professionals with university degrees and experience teaching children but who also have a very particular personality.

Energy and charisma

We choose our Spanish teachers based on their energy and charisma. Together with our head Teacher Coordinator they must study our method and put it into practice through the presentation of mock classes before they are hired.

High energy

Our classes are high energy, exciting experiences and not all personality types are capable of delivering this type of learning environment.

Child’s attention

We want to ensure that the teachers that come into contact with your children are capable of capturing your child’s attention 100% and holding it for 25 minutes in a way that they will learn without even realizing it.
We do not stop there. Our Head Teacher Coordinator and Head of Studies monitor the classes for quality and give suggestions and coaching to the teachers for continuous improvement. We have a very high standard for our classes that we aim to improve and build on them together with our teachers.
